Compleo and synfis reach service agreement for Big Five product family
Top customer support and service quality at the centre of partnership
Dortmund, February 29, 2024 – Compleo Charging Solutions, one of the leading full-service providers of charging technology for electric vehicles in Europe, and synfis Service GmbH, an experienced full-service partner in the field of technical infrastructures, have entered into a service agreement. With immediate effect, synfis will take care of the maintenance, commissioning and fault clearance of the Big Five product family including Compleo wallboxes, charging stations for closed and semi-public use and public charging stations. Another aspect of the agreement includes support for Compleo products that were offered prior to the new product line-up, which will continue to receive services. One exception is the Wallbe solutions formerly known as Compleo Connect, whose technical services were recently taken over by SCAPO.
The outsourcing of services to external specialists such as synfis is part of Compleo's reorganisation. The aim is for customers to benefit from better and faster support. To ensure this, synfis employees have received extensive training on the product specifics of the Compleo Big Five solutions in recent weeks. The synfis service team takes care of commissioning, regular DGUV-V3 inspections and the repair of vehicle charging points, DC charging stations and wallboxes throughout Germany. With sustainable and resource-saving solutions, the company ensures the maintenance of charging systems and the smooth expansion of a nationwide charging infrastructure.
