Lower costs for CPOs
The Service RCD eliminates on-site visits by allowing the user to reactivate the RCD after tripping by simply pushing up the sliding cover. If you calculate the savings for a charging station with two charging points, for example the Compleo DUO or DUO fleet, this results in 3,600 euros less costs over a life cycle of 8 years (average service costs).

Self-test intervals can be easily scheduled in DUCTO. You select the intervals between the tests and the next user switches the RCD service on again by pushing up the sliding cover.
Transparent for operators: The tests are documented in the OCPP backend using standardised notifications and can also be viewed in DUCTO.
