What changes with the new Compleo company?
The KOSTAL Group has successfully completed the acquisition of the entire operating business of the Compleo Group as of July 31, 2023. In the future, the acquiring company of the KOSTAL Group will operate as Compleo Charging Solutions GmbH & Co. KG.
From now on Compleo Charging Solutions GmbH & Co. KG will take care of you and your concerns.
The bank details as well as the commercial register number and VAT ID will change. The address and your contact person in Dortmund remain unchanged.
The backend provider Compleo Charging Software GmbH continues to exist in its legal form and with its contact addresses and company details unchanged as a 100% subsidiary of KOSTAL.
The Compleo companies in Austria, Switzerland, Sweden and the UK also continue to exist unchanged in their legal forms, contact addresses and company details as 100% subsidiaries of KOSTAL.
Are there any resolutions on the termination of the insolvencies of Compleo Charging Solutions AG, Compleo Charging Technologies GmbH and Compleo Connect GmbH?
As part of the transaction, the entire operating business of the insolvent Compleo Charging Solutions AG and its insolvent subsidiaries Compleo Charging Technologies GmbH and Compleo Connect GmbH was transferred to companies of the KOSTAL Group.
The implementation of the transaction ensures the continuation of the Compleo Group's business. The acquiring company of the KOSTAL Group, which will take over the operative business, will in the future operate under the name Compleo Charging Solutions GmbH & Co KG. Insolvency proceedings were never pending for this company.
The former Compleo Charging Solutions AG now operates under the corporate name "CCS Abwicklungs AG". The companies of the Compleo Group remaining after completion of the transaction of the Compleo Group no longer have any operating business. The shareholdings and assets remaining with the Company and its subsidiaries will be wound up in the course of the insolvency proceedings in self-administration.

How does the deal affect orders and production at Compleo?
Hardware production continues at Compleo without interruption.
Orders placed with you since January 1, 2023 by the former Compleo Charging Solutions AG, Compleo Charging Technologies GmbH and Compleo Connect GmbH remain valid and have been transferred with the operational business to Compleo Charging Solutions GmbH & Co. KG.
How does the deal affect business operations?
The transfer of the operational business and the associated demarcation of the new and old company unfortunately currently necessitate a brief interruption in business processes (so-called operational frozen zone). We are making every effort to keep this break as short as possible and ask for your understanding.
Unfortunately, no new orders can be created until August 14, 2023.
Unfortunately, invoices cannot be invoiced and paid until August 14, 2023.
As of August 15, 2023, you will receive remittances and communication from Compleo Charging Solutions GmbH & Co. KG.
