‘The good consultation between Compleo and CUT! Energy brought great advantages in project management. The replacement of old with new was carried out in such a way that the existing house connection box (HAK) of the old stations could continue to be used and the station went into operation without prior grid disconnection.  The operation and billing of the stations was carried out by CUT! Energy GmbH carried out the operation and billing of the stations using its own backend. This enabled all stations to be tested in advance in the company's own laboratory. This meant that the stations could be put back into operation immediately after replacement without any further testing. This minimised the effort and intervention in the existing infrastructure,’ says Heinrich Brockherde - project manager at CUT! Energy.

The 18 DUO stations were replaced in less than three weeks, with this process taking place outside the main operating hours in consultation with LokalWerke. LokalWerke provided suitable 100A IMS meters, which were also installed by CUT! With the help of a gateway and a control element, the station can be operated at 0%, 30%, 60% and 100% power. The branding of the new Compleo stations was taken over by CUT! Energy.

After dismantling the old stations, they were broken down into their individual components and disposed of or recycled in accordance with the applicable disposal and recycling regulations of CUT! Energy disposal and recycling regulations.
