Compleo and Axians enter into exclusive service partnership for new eTower 200 HPC charger
Focus on top customer experience: Axians Germany takes over commissioning, maintenance and service tasks for innovative Compleo high-performance chargers
Dortmund, August 28, 2024 – Compleo Charging Solutions, one of the leading providers of charging technology for electric vehicles in Europe, and ICT service provider Axians Germany have signed a service agreement. The Axians Group, part of the VINCI Energies Group's global brand network for ICT solutions, supports companies, municipalities and public institutions, network operators and service providers in modernizing their digital infrastructures and solutions. Axians won a tender and has now been selected as the exclusive service partner for the eTower 200 high-performance charger from Compleo, a KOSTAL Group company. Axians will provide Compleo with all the services required for the eTower. This includes, for example, commissioning, maintenance and fault clearance. The cooperation will officially begin on September 1, 2024.

The collaboration between Axians and Compleo offers numerous benefits for eTower 200 customers, who benefit from improved access to reliable, strong and efficient services, resulting in higher availability and reliability of the charging infrastructure.
The eTower 200 is the new HPC charging station from Compleo, which impresses with its performance, flexibility and user-friendliness and was designed, developed and produced entirely in-house by Compleo. Its dynamic load allocation across seven power modules maximizes energy output at all times. The benefit is more kilowatt hours sold for Charge Point Operators (CPO). The eTower 200's innovative power electronics offer operators numerous revenue benefits while maintaining high grid compatibility.
The service partnership between Compleo and Axians is initially focused on selected European markets. However, it may be extended to other countries in the future.
